Film making Club   Finally, our film is done – it took a lot time I think our determination had finally paid off. There was a lot of preparation before hand , I mean writing the script with Minwoo took a long time because we were never satisfied and perfecting took longer still.   I was most interested in the technical part of filming – focusing the camera at the right angle is really a hard task which I had underestimated initially. But Edward showed me how to do it and I can make little clips of relatively decent quality. Editing was my favorite bit – the bloopers was reel was a blast – be sure to ask Edward to see them! I learned how to use the editing software which gave me the chance to develop my skills in computing – after completing the IT IGCSE course I kind of stopped using them as much – so this was a perfect opportunity to practice some more.   There was a lot time needed to adjust the sound and the music. Choosing the best music tones for the clips was especially difficult since it seemed like there was always more choice. We had finally narrowed to some classic composition which fitted perfectly! What I didn’t know how to do was the editing and cutting of music itself so there could be overlaying tunes and background sounds – that proved the most interesting part for me and in the summer I plan to take some more courses to be able to do some really professional presentation in the future.
